Herby Potatoes & Onion
- 500 gram Potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 120 Gram Ghee
- 1 Red Onion (Slices)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- Chilli flakes (As per taste)
- Mixed Herbs
- Oregano
- Salt (As Per taste)
Cook the cubed potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes
Drain thoroughly
Add Ghee in a heavy-based pan.
Add Onion slices and Garlic.
Stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes
Add boiled Potatoes to the pan.
Mix Well to coat in the butter mixture.
Add salt as per taste.
Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes.
Sprinkle some Oregano.
