Pasta with Olive Sauce.
- 350 gram pasta shapes
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 Garlic cloves
- 85 gram Black Or green Olives (Stoned and sliced)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (to garnish)
Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil.
Add the pasta, bring back to the boil and cook for 4-6 minutes, until tender but still firm to the bite.
Meanwhile , put 1/2 teaspoon of salt with oil, nutmeg, pepper, garlic and olives in another saucepan and heat slowly but don't allow to boil.
Cover and leave to stand for 3-4 minutes.
Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.
Add the flavored oil and heat gently for 1-2 minutes
