Recipe

Pasta with Olive Sauce.

  • 350 gram pasta shapes
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 85 gram Black Or green Olives (Stoned and sliced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (to garnish)
  • Salt
  1. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil.

  2. Add the pasta, bring back to the boil and cook for 4-6 minutes, until tender but still firm to the bite.

  3. Meanwhile , put 1/2 teaspoon of salt with oil, nutmeg, pepper, garlic and olives in another saucepan and heat slowly but don't allow to boil.

  4. Cover and leave to stand for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.

  6. Add the flavored oil and heat gently for 1-2 minutes

  7. Serve immediately
